Inspiring Hanukkah Table Settings

Hanukah Tea from TeaTime Holidays special issue

Our table settings comprise a range of styles and tastes. For Hanukkah, we offer two different tablescapes. The first features clean modern lines with blue and white linens, accented with china patterned with neat silver stripes. The second takes its inspiration from the more ornate Lenox Marchesa Empire Pearl-Indigo pattern. We love the snowflake quality of this lovely china, and we believe you will, too.

Christmas Tea

TeaTime Holidays special edition preview

Christmas is a favorite time for taking tea, and there are a number of ways to celebrate the holiday with friends. Have a tree-trimming afternoon tea that features delicious recipes, such as Pistachio Cream Scones, Fig Palmiers, and a Vanilla-Coconut Pound Cake (the cake featured on our cover). For a more formal gathering, try a menu featuring Lobster Cheesecakes, Beef Wellington Canapés, and a delightful Chai Mousse presented in Belgian chocolate cups. You’ll also find ideas for a Sugarplum Tea perfect for little ones, along with a classic Christmas tea full of green and red inspiration.

  1. I am planning a special simple tea for a small group of ladies that meet for a time of Bible study. The menu will include a chicken salad croissant, a savory, salad and dessert. Tea will be served and an afternoon of sweet fellowship is expected.
