•In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the cherries, cranberries, tea, and sugar. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat, spoon into clean jars, and screw on lids. Set aside to cool.
• Refrigerate for 8 hours before using. Preserves can be kept up to 1 week, refrigerated in an airtight container.
*For testing purposes, we used Bigelow Autumn Spiced tea.
