1/4 cup pear preserves
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
6 frozen Parker House yeast rolls, baked following package directions
6 (1/2-inch-thick) slices deli ham


• In a medium bowl, combine preserves, orange juice, and dry
mustard, whisking well.
• Split rolls in half. Place 1 slice of ham on each of the bottom
halves, and spoon a bit of pear glaze over ham. Sandwich with
tops of rolls. Serve immediately.
