An easy and tasty ganache that is ideal for topping a number of desserts.
Downloads:Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter, softened and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (8-ounce) box bittersweet baking chocolate, chopped
• In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the cream and butter. Bring to a boil.
• Place the chocolate in a medium bowl. Pour the hot cream mixture over chopped chocolate, and whisk to combine. Cool slightly before using.
