A chilled soup made from fresh mango, yogurt, honey, and milk lends itself well to any teatime menu.

3 cups cubed fresh mango
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup milk
Garnish: prepared granola, fresh mint sprigs
• In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, honey, and milk. Purée
until mixture is very smooth. Refrigerate until well chilled,
approximately 1 to 2 hours.
• Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of prepared granola and a
sprig of fresh mint, if desired. Serve cold.
