2 tablespoons fennel seeds
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds

Lavash flatbread
Using a 1-inch spring-loaded scoop, scoop cheese. Using hands,
shape scoops into smooth balls. Place each of the toppings individually
onto small plates. Roll cheese balls in desired toppings.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve Goat Cheese Truffles with
