Tarragon Vinaigrette

Tarragon Vinaigrette Recipe

¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon minced shallot
½ teaspoon coarse salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, chives, parsley, tarragon,
shallot, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Whisk
well before serving.

Note: Vinaigrette may be refrigerated in an airtight container for
up to 3 days.
