Meringue Icing with Honey Tee-Thyme Cookies

Meringue Icing

¼ cup cold water
3 tablespoons meringue powder
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Assorted colors concentrated paste* 

• In a medium bowl, combine water and meringue powder, whisking until frothy. Add confectioners’ sugar, whisking until smooth.
• Divide icing among small bowls, 1 per paste color used. Add desired amount of concentrated paste. Use immediately.

*For testing purposes, we used Wilton Icing Colors in juniper green, kelly green, rose petal pink, and pink.
