Passion Fruit Simple Syrup

1 cup passion fruit juice
1 cup sugar 

• In a small saucepan, bring juice and sugar to a boil. Simmer over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved, approximately 6 minutes. Cool completely.
• Cover, and refrigerate until needed.
