1 cup chopped kiwi
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
• In a medium bowl, combine papaya, mango, kiwi, and pineapple, stirring gently. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until needed, no more than a day ahead of time.
*A ripe mango has a full, fruity aroma. It can be considered ready to eat when slightly soft to the touch and yielding to gentle pressure, like a ripe peach. To cut the mango, hold it with one hand on the stem end. Using a sharp knife, cut from the top of the fruit down one side of the center oblong pit. Repeat with the other side. Take a mango half, and cut lengthwise and crosswise slices in the flesh, being sure not to cut through the peel. Use a paring knife to cut the segments from the peel.
