Pecan Brown Butter

½ cup butter, softened
½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons honey 

• In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Continue to cook until butter begins to brown and has a nutty aroma, 6 to 8 minutes.
• Remove from heat, and strain, discarding solids. Let sit at room temperature until set, approximately 1 hour. Add pecans and honey, stirring to combine.
• Use immediately, or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
