This simple-to-make butter is superb when spread on biscuits, fruit, or our Sweet Potato Scones.
1 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon molasses
• In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth, approximately 2 minutes.
• Transfer mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe mixture into desired butter pats. Refrigerate until needed.
