½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
 


• In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, tarragon, salt, and pepper, whisking well.

Note: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
