Dumpling Dipping Sauce

½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

• In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, green onion, vinegar, oil,
ginger, and red pepper flakes.
• Let mixture stand for 1 hour before using to allow flavors to meld.
