Tangerine Sorbet

½ gallon tangerine juice, chilled
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 recipe Wonton Crisps (see Download)

• In a large bowl, whisk together tangerine juice, sugar, lemon
juice, and salt until sugar is dissolved. Place in airtight container.
Refrigerate until very cold, approximately 2 hours.
• Place in an electric ice-cream maker, and prepare according to
manufacturer’s instructions.
• Transfer sorbet to an airtight container. Freeze until desired
firmness is reached.
• Serve with Wonton Crisps, if desired.
