Lemon-Curd Whipped Topping

Lemon-Curd Whipped Topping

3 cups frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 cup prepared lemon curd
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon coarse salt


In a medium bowl, gently fold together all ingredients. 

Transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for 2 hours before using.
