½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 ounces goat cheese
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
• In a medium bowl, combine butter, goat cheese, and whipping cream. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
