• In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and cream. Beat at
medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add walnuts,
chopped chives, and salt to butter mixture, stirring to combine.
• Using a rolling pin, flatten bread slices to ⅛-inch thickness.
Spread filling evenly over bread slices.
• Starting at long side, roll up to center of bread. Repeat with
opposite side (the two pinwheels should touch). Tie with a chive.
