1/3 cup dried organic lavender (suitable for human consumption)
1 teaspoon dried hibiscus*
3 cups water, divided
1 cup ReaLemon bottled lemon juice from concentrate†
3 cups sugar
Ice-cold water



• In a small saucepan, combine lavender and hibiscus with 2 cups
water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Stir. Let
sit for 5 minutes to steep and cool.
• In a 2-quart glass pitcher or container, combine lemon juice
and remaining 1 cup water. Add sugar. Stir until sugar is fully
dissolved.
• Strain lavender-hibiscus “tea,” discarding solids. Add to lemon
mixture. Fill container with ice-cold water.

*Dried hibiscus is available from Simpson & Vail (svtea.com).

†If desired, add more lemon juice to taste.
