Strawberry Icing

Strawberry Cupcakes

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 

2 tablespoons strawberry preserves 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

2 cups confectioners’ sugar 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

• In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter
at medium-high speed until well combined and smooth, 2 to 3
• Add strawberry preserves and vanilla, beating until well
combined. Add confectioners’ sugar and salt, beating until
icing is uniform. Use immediately.
