• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Place a silicone baking sheet on prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in heaping 1-tablespoon portions
in 1½-inch rounds 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet.
• Bake until lightly browned, approximately 8 minutes.
• Using a spatula, quickly remove crisps from baking sheet. Let
cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until ready
to use.
