3 tablespoons orange marmalade
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
9 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
18 (1-inch-thick) fresh peach slices
• In a small bowl, combine the marmalade, vinegar, and pepper
flakes, and whisk well.
• Wrap a half slice of prosciutto around each peach slice, and drizzle
each with marmalade mixture. Serve immediately.
