Ginger–Basil Vinaigrette

Ginger–Basil Vinaigrette Recipe

1/2 cup white-wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

 • In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, olive oil,
basil, ginger, salt, sugar, and pepper. Store in refrigerator in an
airtight container for up to 1 week. Stir before using.
