1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups chopped toasted walnuts
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 recipe Old-Fashioned Tartlet Shells

Garnish: chocolate-dipped walnuts
• Preheat oven to 350°.
• In a medium bowl and using an electric mixer at medium
speed, beat together the butter and eggs until smooth. Add the
sugar, flour, and salt, and beat until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, walnuts,
bourbon, and vanilla extract. Divide filling evenly among prepared tartlet shells.
• Bake until lightly puffed, 10 to 12 minutes.
• Garnish with chocolate-dipped walnuts, if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
