Vanilla Whipped Cream

Eggnog Cheesecakes

 Makes 3 cups
Preparation: 5 minutes

1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

• In a small bowl, combine cream, vanilla extract, and confectioners’ sugar. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until thickened.
• Refrigerate in a covered container for up to 3 days.
