Hibiscus-Raspberry Spritzer

Generous ¼ cup dried hibiscus tea*
2 quarts boiling water
1 recipe Raspberry Syrup (see Download)
2 cups lime sparkling water†

• Place tea bags in a saucepan. Add boiling water. Cover, and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Let tea cool to room temperature.

• Add Raspberry Syrup and sparkling water. Serve over ice.
