Raspberry Syrup

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

• In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.

• Strain through a wire-mesh sieve, discarding solids.

• Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
