Iced Blackberry Ceylon Tea
The combination of lemon and blackberry give this tea its unique flavor.

4 generous tablespoons Ceylon tea leaves*
2 quarts boiling water
1 recipe Blackberry Syrup
Garnish: lemon slices
• Place tea in a saucepan. Add boiling water. Cover, and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain through a wire-mesh sieve, discarding tea leaves. Let cool to room temperature.
• Serve over ice. Sweeten to taste with Blackberry Syrup.
• Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
