4 slices sourdough French bread
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground hot paprika
• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
• Using a heart-shaped cutter, cut 8 shapes from bread slices. Place bread hearts on prepared baking sheet. Spread each bread heart with butter, and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
• Bake until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
• Store for up to 1 day in an airtight container until ready to serve.
