• In a small bowl, combine butter and peppercorns, stirring to incorporate.
• Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Let come to room temperature before using.
*For testing purposes, we used whole Frontier Gourmet Pink Peppercorns, available at frontiercoop.com or fine grocery stores. Place peppercorns in a heavy-duty zip-top bag, and crush with a rolling pin.
