Enjoy this slight twist on the classic pimento cheese tea sandwich, especially charming when cut into flower shapes.

16 slices whole-wheat bread*
1 cup White Pimento Cheese

• Using a 2½-inch flower cutter, cut 16 flower shapes from bread. Spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture each on 8 bread flowers.
• Using a 1-inch round cutter, cut out centers from remaining 8 bread flowers, discarding centers. Place each atop a cheese-covered flower, aligning edges.
• Cover with damp paper towels, and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (May be made early in the day.)
*We used Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse 100% Whole Wheat bread.
