½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels*


• In a nonstick saucepan, heat cream over medium heat until almost boiling. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, whisking until melted and smooth.

*For testing purposes, we used Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips.
