Cream cheese and sour cream makes for moist and tasty biscuits.

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup self-rising flour
• Preheat oven to 400°.
• In a medium bowl and using an electric mixer at medium
speed, beat the cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Stir
in the sour cream. Gradually add the flour, stirring until well
blended. Spoon the dough into an ungreased miniature muffin
pan, filling the wells completely.
• Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
