Raspberry Mousse Recipe

1 (8-ounce) container nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
1 teaspoon raspberry extract

• In a medium bowl and using an electric mixer at medium
speed, combine the whipped topping and cream cheese, beating
until smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar, raspberry preserves,
and raspberry extract, beating until smooth.
