Spiced Syrup

Spiced Syrup Recipe

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 vanilla bean, split lengthwise and scraped, seeds reserved
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

• In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, orange liqueur, orange
juice, reserved vanilla bean seeds, and ground cardamom.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.

Note: Syrup can be used as a dressing for fruit or as a sweetener for tea.
