Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat with a mixer starting at low speed and increasing to high, until smooth and fluffy.
