Vanilla-Almond Buttercream
  • 5 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients with a mixer at medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
