Sweetened Whipped Cream
Makes 3½ cups
  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a large bowl, beat together cold cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed until thickened. Transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to a day.
