Sweetened Whipped Cream
 
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat at high speed with a mixer until thickened.
  2. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until needed.
