Lemon-Mint Aïoli
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended. Cover, and refrigerate until needed.
