Sweetened Whipped Cream
Makes approximately 2 cups
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract, beating until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
