Pretty Pink Buttercream
 
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
  • Pink food-coloring paste
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and almond extract, and beat with a mixer, starting at slow speed and gradually increasing to high speed, until fluffy. Add desired amount of food-coloring paste, beating to blend.
  2. Use immediately.
