Orange–Cream Cheese Frosting
 
Makes 2½ cups
Ingredients
  • 5 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients with a mixer at medium-low speed until combined. Increase mixer speed to high, and beat until light and fluffy, approximately 1 minute. Use immediately.
