Mango Salsa
Serves: 1 3⁄4 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups diced mangos*
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion tops
  • ¼ cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine mangos, cilantro, parsley, green onion, bell pepper, lime juice, and salt, stirring well.
  2. Refrigerate until needed up to 2 days.
