Mock Clotted Cream
Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream, mascarpone cheese, and confectioners’ sugar. Beat at high speed with a mixer until combined and thick.
  2. Refrigerate until needed, up to 3 days.
