Sweetened Whipped Cream
Serves: 1½ cups
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat at high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Use immediately.
