Orange Buttercream
Serves: 2 cups
  • 1 cup unsalted butter*, softened
  • 4½ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  1. In a large bowl, beat together butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, orange zest, vanilla extract, and salt with a mixer at high speed until light and fluffy.
  2. We used Président butter.
