Sweetened Whipped Cream
Serves: 2 cups
  • 1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a large bowl, beat together cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer at high speed until thick and creamy. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for a few hours until needed.
