Irish Whiskey Icing

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup (6 ounces) unsalted Irish butter*, at room temperature
  • 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat together butter and confectioners’ sugar with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add whiskey and milk, beating until smooth. Use immediately.
