In a medium saucepan, stir together brown sugar, butter, and cream over medium-high heat until butter melts and mixture is well combined. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and boil gently until mixture thickens, stirring constantly, approximately 8 minutes. Use immediately.
